This position entails working with our professional and highly skilled team at multiple locations in the state of Victoria.
About Role:
Taylormade Cleaning Company Pty Ltd is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and manage key areas of the business. This role includes overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, and leading human resources activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and meet long-term goals.

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and team development.

Oversee employee performance, engagement, and professional growth.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and workplace health and safety regulations.

Track performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and identify improvement areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.

Experience with recruitment, employee development, and HR management.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.

Current Australian Driver’s License.
